Val Thomas-Matson, founder of Look, Listen and Learn, holds more than two decades of experience in television and community advocacy.

Thomas-Matson earned her B.A. in Broadcast Communications and Early Childhood Development from Western Washington University.

Her freelance experience includes voice work and media consulting. She has met Fred Rogers of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood and worked with Bill Nye the Science Guy. She works part time as an executive producer for North by Northwest Productions.

Enjoli Izidor, Artistic Director

Enjoli Izidor is Look, Listen and Learn’s fabulous Creative Director, helping the program come to life through her graphics and illustrations. Prior to becoming a freelance graphic designer, Enjoli played professional basketball in Europe for six years.

Susanna Ryan, New Media/Communications Intern

Susanna Ryan is the Communications Intern for Look, Listen and Learn, assisting in new media outreach efforts and production of the monthly newsletter. She led the way in the re-design of the LLL website.
