Routine Chart

As seen in “Routines,” Season 2, Episode 5

Supplies

  • Construction paper

  • Large construction paper (bigger than 8.5 x 11)

  • White paper

  • Markers

  • Glue

  • Scissors 

  • Decorating tape

  • Stickers

Steps

  1. Cut 4 large colored squares and 4 smaller white squares

  2. Write a step of your routine on each of the white squares

  3. Draw a picture to pair with the word that represents that routine step

  4. Color and decorate each picture 

  5. Glue the picture onto your colored squares

  6. Use binder clips, close pins, or paper clips to clamp each activity in order on a large piece of construction paper. 

  7. Practice putting the routine in order — 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th!
